Litter pick your street
Take a bag and gloves and clear one stretch of pavement.
Coming soon – join the trial
It's easy to feel that nothing you do makes a difference. But ten minutes of good, done by lots of us, as often as suits you, adds up to something real. Pick up litter, phone someone who lives alone, leave the car at home.
Pick the causes you care about and how often you want a suggestion: daily, weekly or whenever suits you.
Let us pick one good thing from the causes you care about, or choose from a short list – or create your own. Not for you? Swipe for another.
Every good thing counts as ten minutes, whatever it takes. Watch yours join everyone else's, and opt in to have your milestones celebrated by name.
Take a bag and gloves and clear one stretch of pavement.
Take a photo and send it to the council in a couple of taps.
Ring someone who lives alone, just to see how they're doing.
Back a friend's fundraiser in a couple of taps. Every pound helps.
Walk or cycle one short journey you'd normally drive.
Pop on a jumper instead. You'll hardly notice, and it all adds up.
On its own, ten minutes is small. Added to everyone else's, it's a lot. And you don't need money to take part: most actions cost nothing but a little of your time.
We're trialling it before the app launches. Places are limited, so sign up to take part and help shape what it becomes – we'll email to confirm your place.
We've got your details and will email to confirm your place. Keep an eye on your inbox – and your spam folder, just in case.

Ten Minute Good is run by Rachel Calder, trading as Ten Minute Good, based in the UK. For anything about your data, contact rachel.e.calder@gmail.com.
To send you suggestions, count what we're achieving together, run the trial and improve what we're building. We rely on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing from any email or contacting us.
We only mention you by name if you opted in to shout-outs, and even then we only use your username, never your real name or where you live. We only share a photo if you've told us we can, and we'll remove it if you ask.
Your details are held by the services we use to run the trial: Netlify (our website host) for the sign-up form, Kit for emails, Tally for response forms, and Google for our records. They process your data on our behalf. Some of these services store data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place. We never sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.
We keep trial data until the end of the trial, then for up to 6 months while we analyse the results, after which we delete it or make it anonymous. If you choose to stay on our mailing list after the trial, we keep your email details until you unsubscribe.
The trial is for people aged 18 and over.
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
